I think that what he means by that quote is that if your mindset is correct and you want to do what is right then good things will come your way because you are choosing the right and you are being a dependent person and a reliable one to be able to play with not only on the field but off of the field as well.

I know that I would like to be one because the mane point isn't about the pay but the fact that it is something that i like to do and it is something that i enjoy doing plus let's say the lights go off i know what to do to get them back up.
