I think that what this quote means is that when someone let’s say is robbing a bank they can’t be doing the right by doing something bad like that like they can’t get an award for doing something bad but on the other hand you can’t be held wrong for doing something right. Like let's say that you helped out an old lady up the stairs, she can’t go and call the cops on you and say that you did something wrong because really what you did was only help her do something good so that sums up what i think about this quote from Thomas s monson.
