Duties and Responsibilities: For the Navy Dentist, running an exceptional practice is a daily opportunity. They attend to Sailors, Marines and servicemembers – as well as their families. They contribute to humanitarian missions in this country and virtually anywhere in the world. And introduce oral care to parts of the world where dentistry is more a luxury than an expectation.
Salary: $123,000 or $59 per hour
Education/Requirements:
  1. U.S. citizen currently practicing in the U.S.
  2. A graduate from an eligible dental school approved by the ADA
  3. A license from the U.S. in order to be able to go to other states and to practice their dentistry there
  4. Willing to at least serve 3 years of Active Duty
  5. Must be from 21 to 41
  6. And must be in good physical condition and pass a full medical examination
Reflection: Would you like to be one? Why? Why not?
I think that i would like to be one because i mean you might see a few bad parts of the mouth but you are helping people to get better and that is was makes me feel good and also it is a really good pay that they are offering you in order to do this job.
