"Kindness is the essence of greatness."
And this means that kindness is one of the most important things that a respectable young person needs to be liked by all the other people around him/her. And when a nice person has kindness in them it makes not only him him a better person but also the the world because if one person is good then that means that there will be no more crimes and if there are no more crimes then there will be no more evil in this crooked world.
